Legal
Privacy policy
Short version: we do not create an account for you, we do not sell anything about you, and nothing is sent to an airline unless you send it.
What we collect
The flight details you type into the checker — flight number, date, airports, what happened, the reason given, and the name you put on the letter. These are kept in your own browser for the session and sent to our assessment service to produce the verdict and letter.
What we do not do
- No accounts, no passwords, no marketing lists built from your claim.
- No selling or sharing of your details with airlines, agencies or advertisers.
- No payment details, because there is nothing to pay for.
Processing
The assessment and the letter are generated by an AI service on our behalf. Your flight details are sent there to produce that text and are not used to build a profile of you.
Your control
Clearing your browser data removes the claim from your device. If you contact us about something you submitted, we will delete what we hold on request.
