The eligibility verdict and estimated amount are informed estimates based on the information you provide. The airline, a national enforcement body or a court decides the actual outcome. We are not responsible for a refused or reduced claim.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate flight details — a wrong date or airport changes the answer.
- Review the letter before sending it; you are the sender.
- Do not use the service to submit claims you know to be false.

- Each claim should reflect its own flight. Run the checker again for a different disruption.
